Global Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Global Supply Planner to be based in Limerick, Ireland. The role ensures product availability and efficient supply across Johnson & Johnson’s worldwide network, turning demand and supply signals into clear, executable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Propagate net requirements upstream and create downstream deployment plans to protect service and minimise disruptions.
• Build and maintain strong cross‑site and cross‑functional relationships with external manufacturers, demand planning, sales, customer service and logistics.
• Balance demand, inventory and capacity to meet service targets and financial goals while optimising inventory entitlement and stock positioning.
• Maintain and govern planning master data and parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, safety stock and sourcing rules.
• Manage purchase orders, handle changes and exceptions, and support Accounts Payable with invoicing issues.
• Communicate supply status and critical metrics proactively to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in global supply planning or supply network planning.
• Strong analytical ability to translate demand and supply signals into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills with manufacturing, sourcing, demand planning, sales, customer service and logistics teams.
• Ability to manage master data and ensure accurate system planning.
