About the role
The Grade V Staff Officer (Human Resources) will provide both managerial and administrative HR support within Sligo University Hospital. This role contributes to the wider HR team across HSE West & North West, assisting with recruitment and HR projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HR and recruitment advice and support to hospital departments.
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks.
- Support IHA and regional HR initiatives, including recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team in HSE West & North West to implement HR strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in human resources and recruitment, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple HR projects.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of HR policies.
