Graduate Business Operations Assistant

About the role

SWIRL is seeking a motivated graduate to join its fintech team in Naas, Co. Kildare. As a Graduate Business Operations Assistant you will gain hands‑on experience across operations, finance, administration and compliance, contributing to real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business operations across multiple departments.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, record‑keeping and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and documentation.
• Help operational, finance and compliance teams with routine tasks, including KYC/KYB verification.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and management information.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and business projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional handling of confidential information and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and general Microsoft Office).
