Graduate Programme – Process Engineering & Operations

About the role

The Kneat Graduate Programme offers an 18‑month rotational experience across R&D, Business Operations and Process Engineering, giving graduates hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge validation software used by leading life‑science companies.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate between R&D, Business Operations and Process Engineering teams over an 18‑month period.
• Participate in regular catch‑ups, mentorship sessions and performance checks with leaders and HR.
• Gain hands‑on knowledge of Kneat’s validation software and its application in life‑science companies.

Required profile

• Graduating in September 2027 with a 1.1 or 2.1 honours degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biopharmaceutical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Willing to work onsite at the Castletroy office in Limerick and to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
