About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Sandyford, Dublin. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a full 360° recruitment career while working with a supportive, experienced senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for client vacancies.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain and grow your own client database.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Create detailed job specifications for client roles.
• Participate in training and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year in an office or recruitment environment.
• Background in a people‑facing role such as sales, hospitality, education or recruitment coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and comfortable with cold‑calling.
• Organised, motivated and results‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a target‑driven environment.
