Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑moving team in Sandyford, Dublin. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a long‑term career in recruitment while working on a full 360 recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for client vacancies.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Build and maintain a personal client database.
• Source, interview and assess candidates.
• Create detailed job specifications for client roles.
• Receive training and mentorship from senior consultants and the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an office, sales, hospitality, education or recruitment coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and comfortable with cold calling.
• Organised, motivated and results‑driven with strong attention to detail.
