Graduate Service Technician

About the role

As a Graduate Service Technician you will provide remote support and coordinate field activities for pest control and related maintenance services across residential and commercial sites in Ireland. This full‑time position blends technical troubleshooting with customer interaction, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose pest‑related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Guide on‑site teams and organise service visits.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and maintain accurate service records.
• Advise customers on preventive measures and best practices.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service coordinators to improve procedures.

Required profile

• Strong maintenance and repair abilities for equipment.
• Solid troubleshooting skills.
• Experience or aptitude for field service coordination.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn pest‑control specific practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and use digital reporting tools.
• Full clean driving licence.
