About the role
We are looking for recent graduates to join Zinkworks’ Graduate Software Developer programme in Athlone, Ireland. The 12‑month programme offers hands‑on experience developing enterprise software for clients in telecommunications, financial services and automotive sectors, combined with structured training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
- Assist senior engineers in designing, coding and testing applications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas.
- Engage in regular feedback and continuous‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Unrestricted right to work in Ireland; no sponsorship required.
- Currently residing in Ireland and able to attend the Athlone office weekly.
