Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who thrives on collaboration and visual storytelling. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape how the organisation communicates visually and to produce compelling content for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for a wide range of marketing and business materials, including digital and print proposals, presentations, infographics, brochures, flyers, banners, site signage and branded merchandise.
• Create engaging visual content for external channels such as the website, social media and industry platforms, as well as internal platforms like SharePoint.
• Collaborate with marketing and wider business teams to deliver cohesive visual assets for campaigns, awards, conferences, events and employer‑brand initiatives.
• Translate ideas into clear visual formats, including graphs, infographics, animations and visual narratives.
• Support the development of multimedia content, such as video overlays, animations and interactive assets, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role within a corporate, agency or professional services environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and video design work.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to translate ideas into engaging designs for internal and external audiences.
• Knowledge of designing for digital and social‑media platform formats and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively, incorporate feedback and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
