Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join one of Ireland and the UK’s leading construction and building contractors. You will help shape a recognised brand by producing engaging visual content for major projects, employer branding and marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality assets such as brochures, presentations, proposals, signage, social media graphics and other branded materials.
• Create compelling visual content for digital platforms, internal communications and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to produce creative for events, awards, employer branding and business development.
• Develop multimedia content including animations, video assets, infographics and visual storytelling pieces.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent, professional identity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role within a corporate, agency or professional services environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding and multimedia content.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to design for digital, social media and print.
• Collaborative, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using After Effects or comparable video‑editing software.
