Grill Staff – Full‑time in Ennis

About the role

Supermac’s in Ennis is looking for a dedicated Grill Staff member to join its fast‑paced kitchen team. This full‑time position involves preparing and cooking burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and other menu items to the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the grill station, cooking burgers, toasting buns and preparing grilled menu items.
• Store and rotate food products in line with Supermac’s guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area, work surfaces and floors, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Assist with restaurant set‑up and close‑down procedures as directed by management.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
• Flexibility to work full‑time Monday‑Friday and weekends.
