Group Financial Controller

About the role
The Group Financial Controller will lead the finance function for a growing, internationally active organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee cash‑flow management and treasury activities.
- Lead the year‑end audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial controls, systems and processes.
- Develop, mentor and manage a small finance team.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).
- Strong technical finance expertise and commercial awareness.
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership capability.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
