Group Fitness Trainer

About the role

F45 Training Dublin is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Trainer to lead high‑energy functional training classes. You will coach members of all fitness levels, foster a supportive community, and ensure a safe, motivating workout environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe, and motivating F45 group training sessions.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications for all fitness levels.
• Offer individualized coaching and encouragement throughout each workout.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high‑energy studio atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members and support a vibrant fitness community.
• Monitor member safety by correcting form and managing workout intensity.
• Prepare the studio and equipment before classes and sanitize after each session.
• Assist with new member onboarding, studio tours, and trial workouts.
• Promote studio events, challenges, and membership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and coaching team to deliver an outstanding member experience.

Required profile

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before employment.
• Previous group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, passion for health and fitness, and reliability.
• Ability to motivate members in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Group Fitness Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFAA).
• CPR/AED certification.
