Group HR Manager – Hospitality Industry

About the role

We are seeking a senior Group HR Manager to lead the human resources function across multiple hospitality entities in Ireland. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape people strategy, drive employee engagement and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Group's HR strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders on all people‑related matters.
• Lead employee relations, performance management and organisational change initiatives.
• Drive recruitment, succession planning and talent development.
• Design and implement learning and leadership development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Standardise HR policies, processes and systems across the business.
• Champion employee engagement, culture and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior HR role.
• Strong experience within a multi‑site, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations.
• Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive HR leader who balances strategic initiatives with operational delivery.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
