About the role
The Group Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day performance of multiple hotel properties within Noel Group’s portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines commercial oversight, guest experience stewardship and team development to drive profitability and brand consistency across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of several hotel sites, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Drive financial results, manage budgets and meet profitability targets.
- Support and develop hotel managers and departmental leaders.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards across all locations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, staffing levels and labour cost controls.
- Lead business improvement projects and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, HACCP and HR policies.
- Collaborate with central functions such as HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
- Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development for the group.
- Uphold brand consistency, presentation and operational excellence throughout the portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven senior management experience in hotels or hospitality operations.
- Experience managing multiple sites preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability.
- Ability to lead and develop senior managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of guest service standards and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, HACCP and HR best practices.
