Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you full ownership of growth experiments across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end – strategy, execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on audiences, funnels and offers, scaling successful tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, monitoring every metric.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all results, analyse data and communicate clear insights.

• Comfortable using AI‑enhanced tools to work faster.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and able to execute without detailed instructions.
