Guest Experience Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our AI training team on a contract basis. You will work remotely from Ireland, applying your expertise in writing, editing, and content development to help improve AI chatbots that interact with guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure progress, evaluate logic, and assess correctness of AI‑generated content.
• Identify performance gaps and propose solutions to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine prompts and training data.
• Maintain brand voice and style consistency across all AI interactions.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Ireland and able to work as an independent contractor.
