Head of Demand Generation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Demand Generation to lead our pipeline strategy and drive revenue growth across key markets. This senior leadership position sits within a fast‑growing B2B software company and requires a data‑driven marketer who can blend strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi‑year Demand Generation strategy, aligning activities with revenue goals, market expansion, and product go‑to‑market priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Demand Generation team, including Field Marketing Managers.
• Design and oversee integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, content, events, nurture) with a focus on ABM and pipeline generation.
• Manage the Demand Generation budget, optimizing ROI and resource allocation.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, and Product to create prospect profiles, territory plans, and scalable playbooks.
• Own marketing attribution models and reporting infrastructure to measure pipeline impact, CPA, and ROI.
• Drive adoption of marketing technology (CRM, automation, intent platforms) for advanced segmentation and personalization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior demand generation leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering significant pipeline growth in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights for revenue teams.
