Head of Facilities & Maintenance

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking a transformational leader to head Facilities & Maintenance across its Irish portfolio of aparthotels. This senior role focuses on building safer, smarter, and more scalable operations that drive commercial impact and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of facilities and engineering services across multiple sites.
• Drive operational excellence by improving asset performance and optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Enhance contractor performance and reduce reactive maintenance through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operational teams and senior stakeholders to modernise processes and foster a culture of accountability.
• Deliver measurable commercial impact and support the group’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with experience motivating high‑performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a curiosity for improving operations and challenging inefficiencies.
• Proactive, change‑oriented mindset and confidence to innovate traditional ways of working.
