Head of Operations

About the role

Fineco Asset Management DAC is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its Operations Team in Dublin. The role sits at the centre of the fund lifecycle, overseeing set‑up, launch, daily transaction processing and critical projects such as fund mergers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day oversight of the entire trade lifecycle, including execution, middle‑office, administration and custody services.
• Manage operational aspects of new product launches and changes to existing funds, working with administrators, depositaries and internal middle‑office teams.
• Lead and develop the Operations Team to deliver high‑quality support to investment teams.
• Oversee outsourced functions and third‑party service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Drive project management for fund mergers, restructurings and other operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in operations within asset management or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of UCITS, QIAIF and RIAIF operational requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, continuously changing environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
