Head of Property, Projects & Facilities

About the role

This senior position leads a national property function for a fast‑growing multi‑site organisation in Ireland. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape property strategy, drive performance and influence business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of a national property portfolio, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals and optimisation.
• Develop and present business cases and investment analyses to senior leadership.
• Oversee capital projects such as refurbishments, fit‑outs and major investments, managing budgets, timelines and external consultants.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across all sites.
• Direct the facilities management function, implementing preventative maintenance programmes and driving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Commercially astute property professional with proven senior leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with landlords, agents and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Analytical mindset with experience in commercial and investment analysis.
