Head of Property, Projects & Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a senior property leader to head the Property, Projects & Facilities function for a fast‑growing multi‑site organisation operating across Ireland. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the strategic direction of a national property portfolio, drive capital projects and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall property strategy, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals and portfolio optimisation.
• Lead asset management activities, conduct commercial and investment analysis and prepare business cases for senior leadership.
• Plan, budget and deliver refurbishment, fit‑out and capital investment projects across multiple sites, overseeing consultants, designers and contractors.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, statutory and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Manage the facilities management function, implementing preventative maintenance programmes and driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, service providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in property strategy, asset management, capital project delivery and facilities management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating leases, rent reviews and landlord agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external consultants and contractors.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate investment opportunities and develop business cases.
