Healthcare Advisor (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Advisor to join our community‑focused pharmacy group. The role is full‑time and involves providing excellent advice, care and support to customers across our branches in Dublin, Meath, Laois and Wicklow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of sales, service and customer experience.
• Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support merchandising, marketing and stock control activities.
• Interact with sales representatives and assist colleagues as needed.
• Promote pharmacy products and services, leveraging product knowledge where possible.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Retail sales experience with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative team mindset.
• Retail or related qualification; pharmacy experience is a plus.
