Healthcare Assistant – Multiple Care Centres in Ireland

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team across seven care centres in Ireland. You will work closely with nursing staff to deliver person‑centred care and support to residents, ensuring their wellbeing and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing and grooming while respecting their dignity.
• Support residents during meals, ensuring comfort and proper nutrition.
• Promote mobility by supervising and assisting with exercises and movement.
• Organise and participate in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain clear communication with residents' families and build positive relationships.
• Help keep the care environment clean and safe, adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Nurse in Charge or management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive, caring attitude with a focus on resident wellbeing.
