Hospitality Assistant

About the role

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a friendly and proactive Hospitality Assistant to be the face of the business. Working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will join a fast‑paced team that prides itself on excellent food, strong brand values, and outstanding people.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave delighted.
• Provide a seamless, personalised service throughout the dining experience.
• Know the menu inside‑out and make confident recommendations.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and uphold brand standards.
• Follow food handling, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
