Hospitality Recruitment Consultant – Business Development

About the role

Reliance Recruitment is seeking a motivated Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to drive business development across Ireland. You will act as the bridge between international hospitality talent and Irish employers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new hospitality clients throughout Ireland.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering firms and hospitality groups.
• Promote overseas recruitment services and demonstrate the value of international talent.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high service standards.
• Match candidates from the database to client vacancies while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver timely candidate shortlists.
• Guide employers through work‑permit requirements and assist with documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and developing long‑term relationships.
• Experience in hospitality recruitment is highly desirable.
