Hotel Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Receptionist and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will provide seamless check‑in, answer queries, and support a high‑standard hospitality experience across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests, process payments and issue room keys.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain security of room keys and ensure guest safety.
• Update guest information accurately in the property’s computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations, handling changes and special requests.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not essential.
