Housekeeping Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Team Member to join Wilde’s fast‑growing aparthotel network across Europe. You will work in a dynamic, high‑pace environment, supporting the cleanliness and presentation of our properties while embodying our inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping team in applying and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain property presentation and hygiene standards, inspecting rooms and performing general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support environmental and social sustainability initiatives in line with Staycity Group and Green Key programmes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Wilde with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to innovate housekeeping processes.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role is helpful, but full training will be provided.
• Adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to guest feedback and operational demands.
• Commitment to sustainability, teamwork and delivering high‑quality service.
