Housekeeping Team Member

About the role

Join Staycity, an urban aparthotel brand, as a Housekeeping Team Member and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for guests across our European locations. You will work directly with the housekeeping team to uphold the high standards that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team in applying and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain the property’s presentation and hygiene standards, ensuring rooms and public areas meet company benchmarks.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and handling guest requests as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role is helpful, but full training will be provided.
• Adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to guest feedback, operational demands, and changing priorities.
