Housing Officer

About the role
The Housing Officer will be the visible face of our housing services within an assigned locality in Dublin. You will deliver high‑quality lettings and housing management, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with regulatory standards and achievement of key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Housing Services Manager in developing operational priorities and delivery plans.
- Work with the Lettings Team to ensure vacant properties are let quickly, meeting KPI targets and minimising void loss.
- Provide end‑to‑end housing management services in line with Tuath tenancy agreements and statutory requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and sign‑ups as directed by the Lettings Coordinator or Team Leader.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including CREL, to enhance customer experience and coordinate services across tenures.
- Prepare post‑lettings hand‑over packs and ensure properties are set up correctly for new tenants.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the customer journey from pre‑tenancy to letting.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
