HR Administrator (Hybrid) – Dundalk

About the role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join a fast‑growing Irish customer experience and outsourcing business in Dundalk. This hybrid role combines operational HR tasks with people‑focused initiatives, supporting managers and employees while helping to shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and comply with Irish employment legislation.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Support onboarding and create a positive experience for new hires.
• Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
• Create engaging internal communications using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Support presentations, internal campaigns, and employee communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment law.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Solutions‑focused with a genuine interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
