HR Advisor – Luxembourg & Continental Europe

About the role

The HR Advisor will act as a trusted consultant to managers and individual contributors across Luxembourg and Continental Europe. You will provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and help mitigate risk in people‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with managers on employment situations, change initiatives, and people impacts.
• Guide managers through dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, redundancy processes, and litigation avoidance.
• Serve as a liaison between managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions to coordinate solutions.
• Support implementation of HR programs such as career planning and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, regional regulations, and company guidelines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve HR processes.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, business partnering, or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment‑law risk and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients in multiple jurisdictions (advantageous).
• Exceptional organizational and execution capabilities.
