HR Business Partner – Data Centers (EMEA)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will join the European data centre leadership teams to provide comprehensive HR expertise across the employee life‑cycle. Reporting to the HR Director for EMEA and APAC, the role supports the implementation of the People Passionate strategy and drives sustainable growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end generalist HR support throughout the employee life‑cycle for the European data centre leadership teams, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and engagement.
• Implement the global “People Passionate” strategy across the European business in line with identified priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering insights and recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness and performance.
• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to meet the growing talent needs of the data centre operations.
• Support organisational development initiatives and drive employee engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist supporting senior leadership in a multi‑site or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with leaders across the business.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
