HR Business Partner – EMEA (Dublin)

About the role

PIMCO is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across the EMEA region. Based in Dublin, you will help shape talent strategy, workforce planning and organizational design to support the firm’s growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into workforce, talent and leadership plans.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design and talent initiatives.
• Leverage data, analytics and market insights to identify talent opportunities and risks.
• Provide consultative, strategic and tactical HR guidance to client groups.
• Own and drive key HR projects to successful completion.

Required profile

• Strategic talent and transformation leader with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in workforce strategy, organizational design and change leadership.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to translate insights into action.
• Executive coaching and senior‑level advisory capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a global, high‑performance culture.
