Key responsibilities

• Design, operationalize, and scale HR processes in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies across talent processes.

Required profile

• HR‑related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
