HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global FMCG organisation in Dublin West. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor, balancing day‑to‑day HR issues with long‑term strategic initiatives that drive performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organisational goals and provide coaching on leadership, team effectiveness and organisational design.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes, and set the agenda for HR initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Lead organisational design and change projects to improve agility and performance.
• Develop and implement talent development, retention and reward strategies, including employee engagement surveys and annual reward schemes.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling grievance and disciplinary issues in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work both tactically and strategically, influencing senior management and challenging the status quo.
• Strong commercial awareness of the FMCG sector and the capacity to manage tension and say “no” when needed.
• Senior‑level gravitas with a track record of delivering results.
