HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join Egis in Dublin. Reporting to the UK&I Head of HR Business Partnering, you will partner with business managers and senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and support the full employee life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expertise across all HR areas.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and deliver strategic HR inputs.
• Manage employee relations, offering first‑line guidance on conflict resolution and union interactions.
• Collaborate with the UK HR Shared Services team to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Support multiple sites in the Dublin area, with travel to other locations as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across several sites and adapt working arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
