HR Business Partner Manager, Hybrid

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to support the Technology & Transformation (T&T) business unit. Working in a hybrid model, you will help shape people strategies, drive talent initiatives and ensure excellent service for internal stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver a first‑class, business‑led HR service.
• Manage firm‑wide talent programs such as performance management, learning & development, reward & recognition, graduate and experienced‑hire recruitment, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.
• Provide high‑quality reporting and advanced analytics, turning complex people data into actionable insights.
• Support HR Business Partners on people and talent projects as they arise.

Required profile

• Solid experience in HR generalist and business partnering roles.
• Proven ability to build trust with leaders, influence decisions and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the capacity to interpret HR data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and understand end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
