HR Business Partner – Multi‑site (Meath/Louth & Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a dispersed operational workforce across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Based in Meath/Louth with regular travel to sites nationwide, you will work closely with managers to address people needs and drive HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers across multiple operational sites to identify and address HR needs.
• Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to onboarding.
• Provide advice on employment law, HR policy, and people management across ROI and NI jurisdictions.
• Support compliance obligations in both jurisdictions.
• Contribute to employee engagement, talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Assist with organisational design, M&A‑related people activities, and policy development.
• Maintain a visible presence on sites, travelling regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including generalist or business partnering roles.
• Proven experience in a hands‑on, multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in both ROI and NI.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operationally complex setting.

• Salary €50,000 – €55,000 per year.
