HR Coordinator – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Dublin office on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid, you will support the HR team in delivering day‑to‑day people processes and contribute to key HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft employment contracts, amendments and HR letters and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support monthly payroll processing, input data, validate changes and resolve employee queries.
• Prepare regular HR reports on absence, headcount, mandatory training and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Manage general HR queries, maintain the Workday inbox and provide first‑line support to employees and managers.
• Assist the HR manager with operational priorities, annual HR processes such as performance reviews and T&A system testing.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in an HR coordinator or similar role.
• Proven ability to draft contracts and HR documentation to a high standard.
• Experience supporting payroll, including data entry and query resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• HR/Business degree; CIPD qualification desirable.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) – highly desirable.
