HR Executive – HR, Health & Safety, Payroll & Administration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to provide comprehensive support across Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll and Administration for a well‑established Irish organisation. The role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with compliance, employee engagement and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes.
• Assist with employee relations and ensure HR compliance with Irish legislation.
• Manage health & safety systems, conduct audits and support incident investigations.
• Process payroll inputs, handle queries and liaise with payroll providers.
• Coordinate training activities and keep compliance documentation up to date.
• Provide general administrative support and produce regular HR reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, administration or compliance roles.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Understanding of workplace health & safety requirements.
• Experience with payroll administration is desirable.
• Familiarity with HR information systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
