HR Generalist – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid, South Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our busy HR team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with senior HR leadership to deliver a range of people‑focused projects across strategy, reward, engagement, systems and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR projects across multiple workstreams.
• Assist in implementing governance and project frameworks.
• Support HR risk and compliance activities across the team.
• Contribute to HR change initiatives, including third‑party and vendor processes.
• Analyse HR data and trends to identify improvements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across projects.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Required profile

• HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong HR generalist background with exposure to projects or change initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
