HR Generalist – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR Generalist to join a leading international fleet leasing and mobility business in Dublin. You will work across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
• Support onboarding, probation management, contract amendments and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with payroll administration, compensation and benefits processing.
• Help resolve employee relations matters and implement HR policies.
• Organise learning and development initiatives and training programmes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD or HR degree (or working towards qualification).
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Oracle.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a €45,000 base salary.
• 10% performance bonus and 3% pension & healthcare contribution.
• Hybrid working arrangement based in D18, Sandyford.
