HR Generalist – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a vibrant restaurant in Dublin. The role will act as the primary HR partner for managers and staff, helping to build a positive and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, recruitment processes and performance‑management cycles.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Irish employment legislation and industry best practice.
• Support staff development initiatives and continuously improve HR systems and procedures.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape people strategy and influence decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential and sensitive situations.
• CIPD accreditation or a relevant third‑level HR qualification is desirable.
