About the role
Uniphar is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands‑on support across its Retail Stores and MedTech divisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring a consistent, efficient and compliant people experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day HR guidance on onboarding, performance, absence and off‑boarding processes.
- Manage employee‑relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence matters, in line with policy and legislation.
- Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives, process improvements and change programmes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure fair, consistent application of practices.
Required profile
- Strong operational focus with excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience providing practical HR advice to managers and staff.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
