HR Generalist – Hybrid (Swords, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our People team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Working hybrid from Swords, Co. Dublin, you will help shape a positive culture while delivering core HR services across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the People Director and team to develop and sustain an open, positive culture.
• Conduct investigations, disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, appeals, and produce witness statements for ROI & NI matters.
• Manage investigations related to lateness, high absenteeism, and the full sick‑leave process.
• Deliver HR workshops, induction training and support the team during peak periods and staff leave.
• Assist with recruitment, administrative tasks and various HR projects.
• Conduct exit interviews and support wellbeing initiatives, including monthly projects and wellbeing days.
• Own the company benefits portal and provide guidance to managers on HR statistics and reporting.
• Support HR and Operations during TUPE processes.
• Prepare and issue management information for the business.
• Flexibly undertake other duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices; NI legislation a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent English, full driving licence and own transport.
• Great attention to detail and a balanced, fun‑focused attitude.

• Annual salary €40,000‑€45,000 plus a 10 % completion bonus.
