HR Generalist

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across the organisation. You will work closely with management, helping to shape HR policy, manage employee relations and ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR support and strategic advice to management.
- Participate actively in the recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare employment contracts and assist with new‑starter induction.
- Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with best practice.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources role.
- Recognised third‑level qualification in Human Resource Management, ideally CIPD qualified.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Proven ability to provide advice and guidance at management level.
