HR Generalist – Nordic Region

About the role

Vertiv is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and managers across the Nordic region. The role acts as a key business partner, helping to implement the global and regional people strategy while providing day‑to‑day HR advice.

Key responsibilities

• Offer expert HR advice and guidance in line with company policy and employment legislation.
• Support managers in staff management, performance objectives, and departmental development plans.
• Assist the HR Director with business initiatives and strategic workforce planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR procedures and ensure compliance.
• Handle general HR administration, maintain personnel records, and provide data for payroll.
• Administer employee benefits and manage cross‑border employee transfers.
• Coordinate with local workers councils and produce HR management information as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or advisory role within Ireland or Northern Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR procedures, and employment legislation.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to sites in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is not required; the role is based in Ireland.
