HR Manager – Fast‑Growing FMCG Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for a fast‑growing FMCG business in Drogheda. This hands‑on role will partner with business leaders to deliver practical HR solutions, support organisational change and help shape a positive culture across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations, absence management and off‑boarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, policies and documentation.
• Maintain HR systems, trackers and reports to provide accurate data for decision‑making.
• Develop, review and ensure HR policies comply with Irish employment law.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and organisational change projects.
• Collaborate closely with payroll and internal stakeholders to ensure timely HR inputs.

Required profile

• 3rd‑level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, standalone HR Generalist or People Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong track record in employee relations and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR compliance.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
