HR Manager – Tipperary

About the role

The HR Manager will support a leading nutrition company of over 1,000 employees in Tipperary. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with leaders to build a high‑performing workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to managers.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational development, succession planning and change‑management projects.
• Maintain and develop HR policies, support compensation and benefits processes, and analyse HR metrics.
• Support food‑safety and operational compliance through employee training, competence and staffing requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Management role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee‑relations case management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR policies and procedures development.
• Experience with compensation, benefits and HR metrics analysis.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.
